Batting Cage FAQ
Q) Who can use the batting cage at Powerline Pitching / Hidri Sports Fitness
A) As of December 2025, the batting cage rentals are available for current students of Powerline Pitching (this includes pitchers of Coach Steph and hitters of Coach Ana) ONLY.

Q) Can we share the lane?
A) Yes! You can share both the 25 min and the 55 min lessons with ONE another athlete. The second athlete does not need to be a student of Coach Steph or Coach Ana. The price stays the same for lane splitting. Don't add another personal to the lesson when scheduling. Just make sure they have the waiver done before entering the cage. Waiver is below, or is available from a QR code at the gym.

Q) Is there a pitching machine?
A) Yes, there is a manually fed pitching machine. It is NOT a self-fed one like in most batting cages. There must be an adult available to feed the pitching machine. All liability for anyone in the cage falls on the parent present. MINORS MAY NOT FEED THE MACHINE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Q) What is provided with the cage?
A) Tees, buckets of 11inch and 12 inch softballs, L Screen for front-toss, optional pitching machine use for additional charge (option will be given at checkout).

Q) Will the general public be allowed to rent the cage.
A) In the future! There is no estimated time on this yet...

Parents scheduling cage sessions will do the waiver on the scheduling app (Vagaro), (or can be done on a browser here).
The following waiver is just for girls who are sharing the lane with one of them, and/or a parent who will be in the cage feeding the pitching machine or the tee.
